Report Student Absences
If you child is absent from school for any reason, it is crucial that you inform the school before 9am on the day they are absent.
You can inform St Thomas More School of your child’s absence by one of the following ways:
- Front Office Call 08 7285 1500 or email info@sttmore.catholic.edu.au before 9am on the day they are absent.
- Website Complete the form below and submit before 9am on the day they are absent.

Late Arrivals
If your child arrives late (after 8.50am) they should report to the Front Office directly where they will receive a Late Card to present to their teacher.
Leaving During the School Day
Students are not permitted to leave the school grounds during school hours. If you wish your child to do so, it is expected that this is communicated with your child’s teacher in advance. When collecting your child, please arrive at the Front Office.
Extended Absence
We discourage families from extended absences during the school term. In the event that this happens, we ask that you contact our principal in writing.
