Slime for a good cause!
Well, if there’s one (awesome) way to spend a sunny afternoon, it’s to watch a fair few of your favourite teachers get SLIMED!
While we are definitely looking forward to the Colour Run, it’s fair to say our focus for the last week has been solely on… slime! The students in the lead of our fundraising tally were the lucky ones chosen to SLIME their choice of teacher or co-educator. We’re super proud of all our students for being so motivated to raise much needed funds for our chosen charities, and equally proud of the brave souls who allowed their students to pour cold, green slime on them.
A few FAQs are posted below for you:
- Is slime awesome? Yes, it is.
- Can we still donate to students? Yes, you can make donations online, right up until the day of the Colour Run.
- When is the Colour Run? On the last day of term, Friday, 27 September 2024.
- How much has been raised? Today’s count is just shy of $13,000!
- Where does the money go? Our chosen charities are Carrington Cottages and Catherine’s House.
- Will there be more sliming? Yes, and our eyes are set on Mr. Platten.
