We are excited to be holding our St Thomas More School Sports Day on Friday, 10th April 2026!

Our House Teams once again will gather on the school oval to contest the 🥇 Vin Davies Shield and the 🌟Spirit Cup. Please take the time to read the following information so the day is a great success for all.

🕗Timing and Arrival

• 8.30am – 8.45am | Students arrive at school
• 9.15am | Activities commence
• 2.30pm | Event concludes

🚗Pickup

• If you are collecting your child at 2.30pm, please ensure that you sign them out with their class teacher before leaving.
• Students who are not collected at 2.30pm will be supervised until 3pm.
  📌Our OSHC service will be operating as per normal on this day.

👕What to Wear

• Top: A t-shirt in your House Team colour, worn with St Thomas More sport shorts/pants and hat.
• Extras: Hair ribbons and socks in your House Team colour are welcome.
• Hair spray: Coloured hair spray must be applied at home. Please do not bring it to school.
  🚫No zinc: Coloured zinc or body paint is not permitted.

🧴Be Sun Smart

• Please ensure your child applies sunscreen before school and reapplies throughout the day. Class teachers will have sunscreen available.

📸 Photos

• You are welcome to take photos of your own child only. Please ensure no other students appear in your shots.
  🚫Please do not post photos to social media.

🎒Food & Drink

Students will require:

• a labelled water bottle
• a packed recess including brain food / fruit snack

🌭Sausage Sizzle!

• The school will provide a free sausage sizzle lunch for all students.
• Please notify your child’s teacher of any dietary requirements.
• Students who prefer not to have a sausage in bread will need a packed lunch from home.
• Families and friends are also welcome to enjoy the sausage sizzle, please pre-order via the Qkr! app under Order Forms.
  📌 The canteen will be closed for lunch orders but open for other available purchases on the day.
